Yumoa. This is a fantastic dip recipe bursting with creamy cheese and crab flavors. Great recipe. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon chopped garlic |
1/2 cup chopped onions |
2 cups heavy cream |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
4 cups washed curd cheese grated |
4 tablespoons flour |
12 ounces canned crab drained |
14 ounces hot salsa drained with most of the liquid pressed out |
pita chips for dipping |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan melt butter over medium heat then add garlic and onions. 2. Cook until soft about 5 minutes then add cream, Worcestershire and mustard. 3. Heat over low heat until hot but not boiling. 4. In a bowl toss grated cheese with flour. 5. Add flour and cheese by handfuls to hot cream stirring until cheese melts before adding next. 6. Add crab and drained salsa then transfer dip to a fondue pot and keep warm over a low flame. 7. Serve with pita chips for dipping. |
