Cheesy Crab Cups Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 scallion, thinly sliced |
1/4 lb imitation crabmeat, flaked |
1 (2 1/8 ounce) box miniature phyllo cups |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, seafood seasoning, and garlic powder just until combined. 3. Gently beat in scallion and crabmeat just until evenly mixed. 4. Spoon 1 tablespoon crab mixture into each phyllo shell; place on baking sheets. 5. Bake 15 minutes, or until heated through and shells are golden. |
