This is a really good salad from Paula Deen. I've made it several times now, but most recently over the holidays as a side to a chili supper. It is always well received. It's great for a potluck because it come together quickly. Read more . Don't add the corn chips until right before serving. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained |
2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup green peppers, chopped |
1/2 cup red onions, chopped |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) bags coarsely crushed fritos chili cheese corn chips |
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients and chill. Stir in corn chips just before serving. |
