This dish adds a cheesy creamy flavor to the ordinary corn pudding. My family can't get enough of it! Ingredients:
8 oz grated sharp cheese |
1 can creamed corn |
1 can white or yellow kernel corn (undrained) |
1 stick unsalted butter |
3 eggs |
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix |
8 ounces fat-free sour cream |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Pour into 2 quart round glass baking dish. 3. Bake at 375 degrees 45 - 60 minutes until lightly browned on top. 4. Fort inserted will not come out clean because of the cheese. 5. Top each serving with a dollop of butter, or serve as is. |
