Now here is a change of pace from grilled corn. Grilled corn with parmesan cheese. Ingredients:
5 ears fresh corn, husks and silks removed |
1/2 cup mayonnaise or butter |
1 cup parmesan cheese |
chili powder to taste |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. 1. Brush a thin layer of mayonnaise or butter on corn. Sprinkle the corn with cheese, chili powder and salt and pepper. 2. 2. Wrap each corn in foil and place on the grill. Turn occasionally and grill for 10 minutes. (kernels will brown slightly. Serve warm. |
