This is a great way to change up a basic boring corn dish. Quick and easy! Sometimes simple is best! Ingredients:
2 cans whole kernel corn, green giant or del monte |
1 stick butter |
8 oz. shredded cheddar, mild or medium |
1/4 cup sliced green onions |
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. In medium saucepan, melt butter. 2. Add green onions and cook for 1 minute. 3. Drain and stir in corn and cheese. 4. Continue to cook until cheese is melted. 5. Stir in cracked pepper and salt to taste. 6. Serve hot! |
