I found this in the Orlando Sentinel newspaper. I hope you enjoy it. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese (preferably philadelphia brand) |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chili |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (preferably kraft brand) |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Put an unwrapped block of cream cheese on a microwavable plate. 2. Top with chilli and cheese. 3. Microwave on HIGH power level for 45 seconds. 4. Sprinkle with cilantro. 5. Serve with assorted crackers. |
