The combo of the chili and salsa gives this dip a nice mexican flavour. It is always the first thing gone at any gathering. Ingredients:
1 pkg.cream cheese |
2 cups chili (thick) home made or stagg chili |
1 cup salsa (thick is best) |
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded |
1 cup mozzarella shredded |
chopped green onion (optional) |
Directions:
1. spread cream cheese over 9 x 12 or a little bigger dish -(oven proof) 2. mix salsa and chili together 3. pour mixture over cream cheese 4. add shredded cheese 5. bake in 350 oven until cheese is melted and gooey 6. serve with nacho chips and enjoy |
