A nice side dish, made easy Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 cup green onion, chopped |
4 ounces green chilies, drained |
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
salt, to taste |
cayenne, to taste |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (or more to taste) |
Directions:
1. Butter a casserole dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheeese. 2. Combine the ingredients and mix well. 3. Spread the rice mixture in the dish, sprinkle with more parmesan cheese and dot with butter. 4. Bake 20 minutes at 450. |
