Adapted from another recipe to be lower in calories and fat Ingredients:
10 1/2 ounces 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup |
1 1/4 cups cooked chicken (diced) |
16 ounces mild cheddar cheese (separated) |
1/4 cup salsa |
8 small tortillas |
Directions:
1. Mix together chicken, soup, 1 1/2 cups cheese, and salsa. 2. Spread 1/4 of mixture across the bottom of an 8x10 baking dish. 3. Scoop mixture into each tortilla and roll-up. 4. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees. |
