SCD Legal, use real spaghetti for those not on SCD Ingredients:
9 oz spaghetti squash |
1 1/2 lb chicken breast, chopped into bite sized pieces |
1 onion, chopped |
4 cloves garlic, pressed |
2 canned tomatoes, italian style, diced |
2 tsp italian seasoning |
1/4 tsp sea salt |
2 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Cook chicken inlarge skillet until no longer pink, set aside 3. in same skillet add onions and garlic, saute 5 min 4. add tomatoes, Italian seasoning and salt 5. Bring to boil 6. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 min 7. Add chicken and 1 C cheese, stir well 8. Add spaghetti squash and stir to combine 9. Pour into greased casserole dish. 10. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. 11. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes 12. Serve. |
