Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound(s) boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces |
2 cup(s) water |
3 cup(s) rotini pasta uncooked |
1 package(s) frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend (16oz.) |
1 can(s) ro*tel diced tomatoes & green chilies undrained |
1/2 pound(s) velveeta cut into 1/2 inch cubes |
Directions:
1. Cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until no longer pink. 2. Stir in water. Bring to boil. 3. Add pasta; stir. 4. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. 5. Add remaining ingredients; stir. 6. Cook, covered, 5 to 7 minutes or until Velveeta is completely melted and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. |
