Ingredients:
1 8oz loaf processed cheese spread, cubed |
1/4 cup(s) butter/margarine |
4 cup(s) chicken broth |
2 cup(s) chopped cooked chicken |
1 cup(s) diced carrots |
1 cup(s) diced celery |
1/2 cup(s) diced onion |
1.5 cup(s) diced potatoes |
1/3 cup(s) flour |
3 cup(s) milk |
1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in large saucepan. Cover and cook over medium heat 15 min or til vegetables are tender. 2. Melt butter in Dutch oven over low heat. Add flour, stirring til smooth. Cook 1 min, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, til thickened and bubbly. Gradually stir in vegetable mixture, soy sauce, cheese and chicken. Cook til cheese melts and mixture is thoroughly heated. |
