( /diabetes) Ingredients:
6 ounce stuffing mix for chicken |
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces |
16 ounce frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained |
10 3/4 ounce reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup |
8 ounces pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes |
Directions:
1. HEAT oven to 400ºF. 2. PREPARE stuffing as directed on package. 3. COMBINE remaining ingredients; spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with stuffing. 4. BAKE 40 min. or until chicken is done. 5. SUBSTITUTE 3/4 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Cheese Dip for the prepared cheese product. 6. CHICKEN AND GREEN BEAN BAKE. Omit prepared cheese product. Prepare as directed, using Sage Stuffing Mix and substituting frozen green beans for the broccoli. 7. SUBSTITUTE frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained, for the broccoli florets. |
