Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Bake-master Mix-in

Fast Frugal Skillet Supper
Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked cubed or torn chicken
1 cup of rice
2 cups of water
1/2 cup of tuna/chicken/turkey helper master mix
1 cup of chopped broccoli
1/2 cup of chopped cheddar
master mix recipe: master of my domain mix n stuff
Directions:
1. Heat water to boiling.
2. Stir in rice, chicken broccoli and seasoning mix.
3. Reduce heat to low.
4. Cover and cook 20 minutes.
5. Add cheddar cheese, stir and serve.
6. ***Tips for beginner cooks****
7. Always wash everything with hot water and soap after touching raw chicken.
8. Easy chicken chunks-buy rotisserie chicken and tear off the bones for the use in this dish.
9. Alternately, Heat 2 tsp of oil in a skillet and add chunks of raw chicken tenders about 3/4 lb. of skinless boneless chicken breast.
10. Toss and cook until thoroughly cooked.
11. Can make this ahead and freeze in 2 cup portions for later use.
12. ***NOTE: Chicken cooked on the bone is moister and tastes better than b/l s/l breasts***
