Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup flour |
8 ounces sliced mushrooms |
21 ounces cream of mushroom soup, 2 regular size cans |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix pepper, paprika, salt and flour in bowl. 2. Coat chicken chunks in mixture. Brown coated chicken chunks in oil. 3. Arrange in 9x13 pan. 4. Generously sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Layer sliced mushrooms over top. 5. Mix soup, sour cream and milk together and pour over chicken and mushrooms. 6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. 7. Serve over noodles or rice. |
