Cheesy Cayenne Kettle Chips |

From Martha Stewart Living Magazine Ingredients:
5 ounces of kettle-cooked potato chips |
1/2 cup very finely grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese (about 1 oz.) |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Spread potato chips on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake unti oil appears, 6-7 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, mix next three ingredients together in small bowl. 4. Remove chips from oven, and immediately sprinkle with cheese mixture. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
