1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, diced |
1 garlic clove, minced |
3 cups long grain rice, cooked |
2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed |
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz) |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is np longer pink. 2. Stir in the rice, broccoli and cheddar cheese. 3. Transfer to a greased 9 X13- inch baking dish. 4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. 5. Bake. uncovered, at 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until heated through. |
