oooey, goooey good. Makes a great snack for the kids in front of the T.V. Goes well with soup without the marinara sauce. Ingredients:
1-11oz can refrigerated soft breadsticks |
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated |
1/2 tsp. dried basil or oregano |
1/2 tsp. garlic powder |
2 cups warmed marinara sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375ºF. 2. Remove breadsticks from can. Arrange breadsticks in a single layer lenghtwise on a parchment lined baking sheet. DO NOT separate breadsticks. 3. Sprinkle garlic powder, basil and Mozzarella evenly over breadsticks. 4. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is lightly brown. 5. Remove from oven and transfer to serving platter. Let cool 3 to 4 minutes. 6. To serve, pull apart breadsticks and dip in marinara sauce. |
