I really like recipes that are short, simple, easy, quick, and most of all tasty! This is definitly a good one! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
8 (6 inch) corn tortillas or 8 flour tortillas, cut into 1 inch pieces |
1/2 cup water |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup |
1 cup chunky salsa |
Directions:
1. Brown beef in skillet, drain fat. 2. Add in soup, salsa, water, tortillas, and half of cheese. 3. Heat to a boil. 4. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes or until hot. 5. Add remaining cheese before serving! |
