yummy Ingredients:
1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef |
6 oz. velveeta made with |
2% milk reduced fat pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut up |
3 tbsp. milk |
1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed salad greens |
1 medium tomato, chopped |
1/4 cup sliced onion |
1/2 cup kraft free thousand island fat free dressing |
Directions:
1. BROWN meat in large skillet; drain. 2. ADD VELVEETA and milk; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently. 3. PLACE greens on serving platter; top with tomato and onion. Cover with meat mixture. Serve with dressing. |
