Cheesy BBQ Chicken Sandwiches |

I got this recipe in an email from Kraft foods. It sounds really good. I'm posting it here so I don't forget about it. Ingredients:
1 onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings |
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.) |
1/4 cup barbecue sauce |
3/4 cup 2% milk cheddar cheese, shredded |
4 whole wheat sandwich buns, partially split (6 inch) |
Directions:
1. HEAT large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. 2. Add onions; cover. Cook 2 min.; stir onions, then push to edge of skillet. Add chicken; cook 4 minute Turn chicken over; top with barbecue sauce. Cook, covered, on medium-low 6 minute or until chicken is done (165ºF). Stir onions. 3. SPRINKLE chicken with cheese; cook, covered, 1 minute or until cheese is melted. 4. FILL rolls with chicken and onions. |
