Cheesy Bacon-Stuffed Burgers |

These hearty grilled burgers are seasoned with barbecue sauce, stuffed with cheese and bacon, and served on buns with dressing, onion slices, and more bacon. Ingredients:
1 pound extra lean ground beef |
14 premium plus crackers, finely crushed |
1/4 cup kraft original barbecue sauce |
1 egg |
1/4 cup kraft double cheddar shredded cheese |
1/3 cup oscar mayer real bacon recipe pieces, divided |
4 hamburger buns |
1/4 cup miracle whip dressing |
4 kraft singles slices |
2 slices red onion, separated into rings |
Directions:
1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. 2. Mix first 4 ingredients; shape into 8 thin patties. Combine shredded cheese and 2 Tbsp. bacon; spoon onto centres of 4 patties. Cover with remaining patties; pinch edges together to seal. 3. Grill 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (160 degrees F). 4. Spread bottom halves of buns with dressing. Fill buns with burgers, Singles, remaining bacon and onions. |
