Meatloaf Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean ground beef |
1 egg, beaten |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves |
1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper |
6 slices fully cooked bacon |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400°F. 2. Mix all ingredients except bacon. 3. Shape into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan; top with bacon. 4. Bake 1 hour or until done (160°F). Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan and slicing to serve. 5. KITCHEN TIPS:. 6. Serving Suggestion: Serve this cheesy entree with a mixed green salad and steamed vegetables, such as green beans. 7.
