My favorite dip recipe to serve at parties. The best part is eating the bread shell when the dip is gone. HEAVEN! I always use a round loaf of Hawaiian bread.....so declicious!!!! Please use full fat mayo.....reduced fat and fat free doesn't work out well. Ingredients:
16 ounces loaf bread, i use a round hawaiian loaf |
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
8 ounces colby jack cheese, shredded |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 onion, chopped |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
Directions:
1. Remove center of bread and cut the removed bread into bite sized pieces. Set aside bread shell and cubed bread. 2. Mix remaining ingredients together and spoon into bread shell. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. 3. Serve dip hot with bread cubes, tortilla chips and crackers. |
