this will go great with small-size rye bread, or toasted pumpernickel bread. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1 (8 ounce) package shredded colby cheese |
2 tablespoons prepared mustard |
2 teaspoons white worcestershire sauce |
4 fresh green onions with tops, sliced |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 lb bacon, cooked, and crumbled |
Directions:
1. Cut cream cheese into cubes and place in 4 or 5 quart slow cooker. 2. Add colby cheese, mustard, white worcestershire, green onions, and salt. 3. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, stir to melt cheese. 4. Stir in crumbled bacon and serve. |
