This is an easy appetizer to make up, and is great for a crowd. Ingredients:
1 lb diced bacon |
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 medium onion, diced |
worcestershire sauce, to taste |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon in fry pan until almost crispy. 2. Drain bacon on paper towels. 3. Mix together all ingredients. 4. Spread on cocktail rye bread slices and broil until cheese melts. |
