Got this from the back of a Triscuit box-it's really good!!! Ingredients:
4 ounces softened reduced-fat cream cheese |
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/2 cup canned artichoke heart, finely chopped and drained |
Directions:
1. Mix all of the above ingredients together until well blended. Spread on top of Triscuit (cracked pepper and olive oil) or other crackers. |
