This bread is so good. I made it one night when my little Brother Kevin was visiting. I was making a simple pasta dish and wanted to try something different than garlic bread. My family loved it. Ingredients:
1 can atrichoke hearts drained and chopped |
1 cup hellmans real mayo ( this is the best brand i have tried of mayo) |
3-5 cloves of garlic (adjust to taste) finely chopped |
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese (best to use fresh grated!!) |
1 loaf french or italian loaf halved lengthwise |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except bread and mix well ( i used my food processor) 2. spread on the bread and close 3. bake at 350 F 20 min or until golden |
