Cheesy Artichoke Bread

Not your average garlic bread. Serve along side your favorite pasta dish, or make all on its own for a delicious appetizer.
Ingredients:
1 loaf crusty italian bread, sliced in half lengthwise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (11 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 cup mayonnaise
2 minced garlic cloves
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. place Italian bread crust sides down on a baking sheet.
3. In a medium sized bowl combine Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese, artichokes, mayo and garlic. Mix well.
4. Spread mixture on top of Italian bread.
5. Bake for 20-25 mins or until top is golden.
