Cheesiest Spicy Rice Casserole |

3 kinds of cheese make this the cheesiest! Ingredients:
4 cups hot cooked long-grain rice |
8 ounces proceesed cheese spread (velveta) |
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped, drained |
1 cup chunky-stylye salsa |
1 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese |
1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Spray 2 quart casserole with cooking spray. 3. Combine rice,salsa,velveta and chiles. Stir. 4. Spoon into casserole dish. 5. Sprinkly shredded cheeses evenly over top. 6. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted. |
