Had these at a party over the weekend. Easy and delicious. Ingredients:
2lb bag hash browns(shreaded or cubed)thawed |
2c sour cream |
2c sharp shreaded cheddar cheese |
1 can cr. of chicken soup |
1/2 stick margarine,salt,pepper,garlic powder to taste |
topping |
crushed corn flake crumbs |
1/4c butter |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together except topping. 2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. 3. Mix topping ingredients together. 4. When potatoes finish baking ,spread topping on them and serve. |
