Ingredients:
1 can(s) cream of potato soup |
1 tub(s) sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt |
3/4 cup(s) water |
2 bag(s) hash browned potatoes |
1 cup(s) cheddar cheese shredded |
8 ounce(s) parmesan cheese |
1/2 jar(s) chives |
Directions:
1. Directions 2. Assure temperature of sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and hash brown potatoes is at 40° F or below. 3. Open canned cream of potato soup taking extra care not to let the outside of the lid contaminate product. 4. In a large clean and sanitized bowl, combine water, cream of potato soup, cheddar cheese, chives, sour cream, and garlic salt; blend well. 5. Add potatoes and blend well. 6. Distribute evenly in 2-inch pans; sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each pan. 7. Place into a pre-heated 350° F oven; bake uncovered for approx. 55 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and the top is lightly browned. 8. Bring it to an internal temperature of 180° F; wrap and hold for service areas at a minimum of 140° F. |
