This cheese log is great because it even taste better when made the day before. Ingredients:
250g philadelphia cream cheese |
1 onion - finely chopped |
2 tablespoon tomato sauce |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 1/2 gherkin chopped |
salt & pepper |
fresh parsley -chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients other than parsley. Using hands to roll into a log. Sprinkle parsley on a sheet of foil large enough to wrap around the cheese log. Wrap up cheese log & refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. |
