Cheeseless Fat-Free Vegetarian Pita Pizza |

I used Byblos whole wheat pita and Primo hot-n-spicy pizza sauce. Ingredients:
2 asparagus spears (sliced) |
6 zucchini, slices |
red onion (sliced) |
2 garlic, gloves (sliced) |
3 tablespoons pizza sauce |
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Toss veggies with balsamic vinegar, oregano, basil, pepper flakes, lemon juice, and pepper. 2. Grill veggies on a sprayed Panini grill. 3. Add sauce on pita. 4. Add grilled veggies on top of pita. 5. Bake at 400°F for 7 minutes. |
