It's the holidays and this dessert is perfect to share on a cold night in front of the tree. It features a limited edition Cheesecake flavor layered with chocolate cookies! Ingredients:
1 (6 1/2 ounce) package soft cheese, limited edition cheesecake flavor from alouette |
1 cup of crisp chocolate cookies |
fresh whipped cream, for topping |
Directions:
1. Place cookies in a plastic bag and break into large pieces.
2. Begin filling a glass trifle dish or sundae dish alternating layers of of the Cheesecake and broken cookie pieces.
3. Top with prepared sweetened whipped cream.
4. Garnish with a chocolate cigarette or cookie.
5. Variations:.
6. Substitute vanilla cookies and vanilla cigarette cookies.
7. Alternate layers with the addition of fresh berries.
