I don't remember where this recipe came from but I've been making it for years and it hasn't failed me yet. Ingredients:
1 graham cracker crust |
1 8oz package cream cheese |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon leman juice |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 eggs |
topping |
1 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Combine cream cheese,sugar,lemon juice,and vanilla until well blended. 3. Add eggs one at a time,mixing well after each addition. 4. Place crust on baking sheet and pour the filling in. 5. Bake 25-30 minutes or untl almost set. 6. Combine sour cream,sugar,and vanilla. Mix well. 7. Carefully spread over cheesecake and bake for an additional 10 minutes. 8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. 9. Top with fruit if desired. |
