Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries |

I LOVE cheesecake ,I must admit it is one of my weaknesses... I found a recipe and tweaked it a little to suite my taste and LOVE it.... Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/4-1/3 cup powdered sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
15 -20 strawberries |
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, for drizzling |
1/4 crushed graham cracker, garnish (optional) |
1/4 powdered sugar, garnish (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla, mix well until combined
2. Strawberries.
3. Cut the bottom off of strawberries so they stand upright. Cut the tops length wise and again in the opposite direction so they look like a cross section.
4. Place Cream cheese mixture in a ziploc bag and pipe the cream cheese mixture into each strawberry. Drizzle chocolate over.
5. garnish with graham cracker or powdered sugar if desired.
