This is a nice smoothie to set you up for the day, I love cheesecake and this is my cheesecake in a glass. I hope you like it. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cream cheese |
1 tablespoon apricot preserves |
1 banana |
1 graham crackers or 1 digestive biscuit |
1 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips |
4 ice cubes |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
150 ml natural yoghurt |
Directions:
1. Put all the above ingredients in the blender and process until smooth. 2. Enjoy. |
