Cheesecake Shake

These are so delish! They take a little time, but it's well worth it. There is no cooking time, just 2 hours of chilling.
Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/4 cups whipped topping
1 graham cracker crust (9inch)
6 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add in the sweet milk and lemon juice; beat until thickened and blended.
2. Fold in the whipped topping; spoon into crust.
3. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
4. Cut into 8 pieces.
5. For each shake put 1 piece of cheesecake into the blender and add the additional ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass.
