Ingredients:
8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened |
1 egg for filling |
2/3 cup(s) light corn syrup |
1-1/2 cup(s) pecan halves |
2 slightly beaten eggs |
1/4 cup(s) sugar |
1/3 cup(s) sugar |
1/4 cup(s) sugar |
1 unbaked, 9 deep dish pie shell |
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Warm oven to 375. Combine first 4 ingredients in med size bowl. Using hand mixer, beat until light and fluffy. Spread over bottom of pie shell. Arrange pecan halves over cream cheese mixture. Glaze: Mix remaining eggs, sugar, corn syrup & vanilla, stirring well. Carefully pour over the pecans. If use regular pie shell, may have xtra glaze. Test for doness, may need to cook longer. Makes 1 pie. |
