Cheesecake Covered Strawberries |

This is the season for these little red burst of flavors. So lets make little cheesecakes out of these berries. Recipe source Angal Lee, my daughter. Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/3 cup sour cream |
3 tbs. confectioners sugar |
1 tbs. milk |
1/4 tps. vanilla extract |
1 pint fresh strawberries |
1/4 to 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese until smooth. add sour cream, sugar, milk and vanilla extract; blend until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl.
2. Place strawberries and crumbs in separate serving bowls.
3. Dip strawberries in cheesecake mixture and then coat with crumbs.
4. Enjoy!
