Cake consistency cheesecake squares. Ingredients:
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 pound confectioners' sugar |
2 eggs |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan (non-coated). 2. Beat together cake mix, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup melted butter, and pour into prepared pan. 3. In a separate bowl, mix confectioners' sugar, 2 eggs, cream cheese, and 1/2 cup melted butter. Beat well and pour on top of first layer. 4. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) approximately 40 minutes. Cool completely and cut into squares. |
