mmm, cheesecake. Do we really need to say more? I like mine topped with cherries and cherry juice. Ingredients:
24 ounces softened cream cheese |
3/4 cup sugar, divided |
3 tablespoons sugar, divided |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 eggs |
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/3 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, 3/4C sugar and vanilla until well blended. 2. add eggs, mix until blended. 3. mix crumbs, butter, and 3 tbsp sugar. 4. press into 13x9in. pan. 5. pour batter over crust. 6. Bake at 350F for 30min or until, center is set. 7. refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. 8. cut into bars. |
