These are simular to Gooey Bars. I love these. Ingredients:
1 (18 1/2 ounce) yellow cake mix |
1 large egg |
1/2 cup butter |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar |
1 large egg |
Directions:
1. Mix first 3 ingedients. Press into a 9x13 pan.
2. Mix together and beat for 5 minutes the next 3 ingredients.
3. Pour this over first mixture.
4. Bake at 325° for 35-45 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
6. Cool and cut into squares.
