YUMMY Ingredients:
crust |
1 1/2 cup of zwieback toast or graham cracker crumbs |
1/3 cup melted butter |
1/3 cup sugar |
filling |
24 ounces cream cheese room temp |
1 1/2 cup sugar |
4 eggs |
16 ounces sour cream |
1 cup whipping cream |
1 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350* Spray bottom of springform pan 2. Combine ingredients for crust; place on bottom of pan and bake 7 minutes. 3. Meanwhile in large mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth then add eggs one at a time beating well after each. On low speed add in sour cream, whipping cream and vanilla last. 4. Pour batter over crust and bake for one hour or until light brown but still shaky. Turn oven off and open the door just a tad; leave cheesecake in the oven for another hour. Cool completely then refrigerate overnight. |
