Simple and easy Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 lb cream cheese, softened |
5 large eggs |
16 ounces sour cream |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and butter press in the bottom of the 9x13 pan. 2. Mix cream cheese with a mixer on low until fluffy. 3. Whisk eggs and add to cream cheese. 4. Add the sour cream and blend. 5. Add sugar, vanilla, salt and flour, pour into cream cheese and egg mixture and beat until smooth. 6. Pour mixture on to crust. 7. Place pan on the top rack and in the middle of a preheated oven at 275 degrees F and bake for 50 minutes and increase heat to 325 degrees F for 25 minutes. 8. Let cool and refrigerate. |
