Good served plain, with fruit topping or during the holidays topped with ambrosia. Ingredients:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs |
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese |
1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk |
3 eggs |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix crust ingredients and press on bottom and 1 inch up sides of a 9 spring form pan. 2. Mix cheese cake and pour into crust. 3. Bake 300 degrees for 55 minutes. 4. While cheese cake is baking; beat until smooth topping ingredients. 5. Take cheese cake from oven and spread topping on top, return to oven for 5 minutes. 6. Set on counter until completely cool. 7. Refrigerate at least overnight. |
