I made this and it is so good! I hope you enjoy it too. You can fudge on amounts, I was guesstimating since I don't really measure. Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
1 cup yellow onion, diced (medium onion) |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 cup celery top, and leaves diced |
1 cup tomato, diced |
1 cup dill pickles, diced |
salt |
pepper |
10 ounces cheese soup |
10 ounces nacho cheese |
20 ounces chicken stock |
10 ounces milk |
Directions:
1. Add first four ingredients until hamburger is browned and onions are translucent. 2. Add tomatoes, pickles and seasoning and cook a few minutes. 3. Add cheese, stock and milk and let cook 20 minutes. 4. Add croutons when serving as the bun. |
