This is an easy way to have a cheeseburger sandwich for supper, when you are working all day - serve with a salad, and enjoy!! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef |
1/2 teaspoon garlic, pepper blend |
1 (8 ounce) package cheese slices, pasturized, diced |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 green bell pepper, chopped |
1 small onion, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
8 sandwich buns |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and garlic-pepper blend until thoroughly cooked. Drain. 2. In a 3 1/2 - 4 quart crockery pot, combine cooked ground beef and all remaining ingredients except buns; mix well. 3. Cover; cool on low setting for 6-7 hours. 4. To serve, spoon mixture onto sandwich buns. |
